Wafer Laminator L-300 up to 300 mm Wafer
The unique design of the POWATEC L-300 Manual Laminator allows for the lamination of sticky foil or UV-foil onto wafers up to 300 mm in a single pass. A special chuck holds the wafer in place with vacuum during laminating. Using a rubber roller, the foil is mounted bubble free. With the cutting device, the film is cut on the frame and separated by the transverse diameter of the film roll.
